PAYMENT, SHIPPING & RETURNS
We accept Visa and Mastercard via the Paypal payment gateway.  You do not need to have a Paypal account. 
For payment by bank transfer please call us directly on 08 9444 6884 to place your order.

Prices and Taxes
All prices shown include 10% GST. However, prices shown do not include postage.

Delivery anywhere in Australia is an additional flat fee of $15 or $25 for Express Post. The Shipping Fee is applied when selected at Checkout.

For orders including Deluxe Terramundi shipping is a little higher given the size of these pots so please select either "Standard Deluxe Terramundi" which is a flat fee of $25 Australia wide or "Express Deluxe Terramundi", a flat fee of $50 Express Post, Australia wide.  

Dispatch Policy
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

All orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days. If we are unable to despatch your order within 5 working days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent indicating this and the Australia Post tracking number for your order.
Standard Shipping
JAD Gifts ship all standard orders via the Australia Post Parcel Post service.

You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days from date of dispatch, as advised by email. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe then please check the tracking information via http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html or give us a call and we will be happy to check the status for you. 
Express Shipping
JAD Gifts ship all express post orders via Australia Post Express Post service.

Delivery is normally next business day for major metropolitan and regional population centres from date of dispatch, as advised by email. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe then please check the tracking information via http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html or give us a call and we will be happy to check the status for you. 

 International Orders
At present we only ship within Australia.

If you are overseas and want to order for friends and relatives in Australia then this is not a problem, just enter your address as the 'billing address' and enter the Australian 'delivery address'.
Gift Service
Please note that if you are sending a gift you can enter a message indicating this as well as a message for the recipient at Step 3 on Checkout and this will be added to the “gift-invoice” (invoice with no prices) sent with your order. 
Return of Faulty Goods 
JAD Gifts will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged within 3 days of receipt.
