We accept Visa and Mastercard. For payment by cheque of bank transfer please call us directly to place your order. Prices and Taxes
All prices shown include 10% GST. However, prices shown do not include postage. Delivery anywhere in Australia is an additional $10 flat fee. Dispatch Policy
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. All orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days. If we are unable to despatch your order within 5 working days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. Standard Shipping
JAD Gifts ship all orders via the Australia Post eParcel service and all deliveries must be signed for. If there is nobody available to sign then your parcel will be left at your local post office. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch as advised. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe then please check the tracking information via www.eparcel.com.au or give us a call and we will be happy to check the status for you. Express Shipping
Express shipping is available on most orders at extra cost. If you require express shipping please call us to make arrangements and obtain a quote. Express orders will be dispatched the next business day and sent via TNT. Please allow at least 2 working days for delivery for capital city locations. All express shipments must be signed for. Please ensure that someone will be available during office hours to sign for your delivery. If no one is available to sign on delivery then TNT will leave a note for you to arrange an alternate delivery time. International Orders
At present we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. For delivery to New Zealand please call us to make arrangements and to obtain a shipping quote. If you are overseas and want to order for friends and relatives in Australia then this is not a problem, just enter your address as the 'billing address' and enter a separate delivery address. Gift Wrap
JAD Gifts offer a range of gift cards that can be purchased for $5.00 each as part of your order. If you purchase a gift card you can specify the message to be handwritten in your card at Step 3 on Checkout. Please note that if you are sending a gift but do not want to purchase a gift card you can also enter a message at Step 3 on Checkout and this will be added to the “gift-invoice” (invoice with no prices) sent with your order. Return of Faulty Goods
JAD Gifts will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged within 3 days of receipt. JAD Gifts only offers a refund for faulty or damaged goods.
